Joji Kishigami was born and raised in Minato City, Tokyo. After graduating from Keio University with a degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, he began his career at a company specializing in human resources and organizational development, where he developed a deep understanding of communication and the relationships between people and organizations.
He later transitioned into the real estate field, gaining hands-on experience in property management, building operations, and resident support. He also worked at an international school, where he supported foreign teachers in their daily lives, further strengthening his ability to create environments where people from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable and at ease.
In 2025, Joji joined EM Labo as Culture & Operations Manager. Working behind the scenes, he plays an essential role in supporting the team by creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best. With a strong belief in valuing every voice and perspective, he helps ensure that both clients and team members feel heard, respected, and supported throughout every stage of the process.
Chiharu Yamaoka studied architecture at a technical college before beginning her career in sales at a housing equipment manufacturer. She later worked at a home renovation company, managing both design and sales.
After marrying a husband whose work required frequent relocations, she lived in Singapore, Sapporo, and Tokyo. These experiences inspired her to combine her expertise as an architect and a real estate agent to support clients in both real estate transactions and home creation.
Chiharu is passionate about helping clients achieve their ideal lifestyle by providing comprehensive support—from property brokerage to interior design and renovation. She has a particular fondness for traditional and vintage properties and lives in a renovated 53-year-old condominium herself.
Her motto is: “I propose as if I were a member of your family.” A devoted fan of yakiniku and beer, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures.

Akiko Ikeda

With extensive experience as a developer, including land acquisitions, condominium sales, and property development, Akiko joined EM Labo to deliver client-focused services in the real estate industry. She finds great fulfillment in providing tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique needs through team-based brokerage operations that leverage individual strengths.
Her role includes drafting contracts and overseeing brokerage activities to ensure safe and reliable transactions.
Driven by a desire to transform outdated practices in the real estate industry, Akiko continues to grow alongside a team of like-minded professionals who share the same vision. At the end of a productive day, she enjoys rewarding herself with a refreshing beer.
Born on Awaji Island, Kanako Enomoto ventured to Australia on her own at the age of 16. She graduated from the Australian National University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and holds an impressive TOEIC score of 920.
She real estate industry with no prior experience. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in property management, sales brokerage, investment property acquisitions, new home construction, renovation projects, and agent training. She has successfully managed real estate transactions for homeowners and buyers, achieving a cumulative sales volume of approximately 13 billion yen.
Since 2024, Kanako has launched training courses for real estate agents and initiated consulting services for industry professionals. She emphasizes a team-based brokerage model, striving to redefine real estate services and consistently deliver exceptional quality and value to her clients.
