CEO Message
Creating a Loving and Bright Society Through Real Estate
Our real estate business began when I started my career at 25, focusing on rental brokerage. My very first transaction was a single rental deal, and since then, I have expanded my expertise into property management, land acquisition for investment properties, sales, and real estate brokerage. Over time, I have gained experience and built a solid track record in various aspects of the industry.
As someone who entered the real estate industry with no prior experience, I often found myself puzzled by the customs and practices in this industry. Witnessing situations where clients’ needs and emotions were overlooked was particularly upsetting to me. This motivated me to adopt a team-based approach, rather than the traditional individual agent model, to build a stronger team and deliver higher-quality brokerage services to our clients.
To date, I have conducted over 1,300 property viewings and achieved more than 600 successful transactions, most of which were through client referrals.
Our mission at EM Labo is to “create a loving and bright society through real estate.” Guided by this philosophy, we dedicate ourselves to meaningful engagement with our clients and strive to make a positive impact on society.
I have been dreaming of helping people since childhood, and I’m proud to channel that passion into my current work. While my job may not directly “rescue” lives, I believe we can support the foundation of their happiness by facilitating smooth transitions preventing potential risks, and helping to create assets.
The services we provide go beyond mere property brokerage. We aim to create living spaces that bring satisfaction to residents while supporting the seamless transfer of valuable assets. We empower our clients with “freedom of choice” in real estate transactions and provide thoughtful care to earn their trust and confidence.
Our goal is to contribute to transforming the image of the real estate industry by offering warm, client-focused services. With each new connection and bonding, we continue to advance our mission and grow in our work.

Kanako Enomoto

Born on Awaji Island, Kanako ventured to Australia alone at the age of 16. She graduated from the Australian National University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and holds a TOEIC score of 920.
At 25, Kanako entered the real estate industry with no prior experience. Over the years, she has gained extensive expertise in property management, rental brokerage, sales brokerage, investment property acquisitions, new home construction, renovation projects, and agent training. She has been directly involved in real estate transactions for homeowners and buyers, with a cumulative sales total of approximately 13 billion yen.
Since 2024, Kanako has been launching training courses for real estate agents and began consulting services for professional agents. She emphasizes a team-based brokerage style to redefine real estate services and deliver unparalleled quality and value to her clients.
